Warranty

As part of our commitment to customer service, we want the appliance(s) you purchased from The Appliance Store and More to last you for many years to come.
Unfortunately, we know from experience that much like cars, even new appliances can break down or have a faulty part from time to time. To protect you and your appliance(s) we provide a 1-year warranty on all major appliances. We also offer the ability for our customers to upgrade their warranty for up to 5 years.
We’ve outlined the process and our terms and conditions below.

First 30 Days

The Appliance Store and More will repair or replace any non-working or non-functioning appliance(s) for 30 days after the date of purchase. For any problems or claims within the first 30 days please contact Jason at The Appliance Store and More at: updblue@gmail.com

Day 31 to 1 Year

If there is not an extended manufacturer’s warranty on your appliance OR the manufacturer refuses to provide service, don’t worry we have you covered! On the day you purchase your appliance at The Appliance Store and More, you will receive a warranty card and all the information you need to make a claim during the first year after purchase. It is your responsibility to contact the warranty company and not The Appliance Store and More to make a claim. The warranty company will contract service to a certified appliance repair company in your area and in most cases, the repair company will come to your home for the repair.
When you contact the the warranty company to file a claim you will need:
1 – The original sales receipt/invoice
2 – Your warranty card or number
3 – The make, model and serial number of your appliance

Refunds & Returns

We will go out of our way to make sure your buying experience was the best and your appliance(s) are reliable. We hope you understand it is not a good business practice for us to accept returns or offer refunds. No returns, no refunds, all sales are final.
